the European Union approved Jersey

The European data protection laws prohibiting the transfer of personal data, the European Economic Area (EEA including the EU member states plus Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland). Transfer to a third country (except EEA) need to take further action to legalize the transfer. The simplest way to transfer the legalization is the third countries have been approved by the European Union, for its internal data protection framework, it is that there is "sufficient" found, on its own internal data protection system.
In 2007 October, the European Union approved Jersey and the Faroe Islands personal restrictions of these territories, within the European Union to protect all data provides an appropriate level.
So far, Argentina, Canada, Guernsey, Isle of man and the Swiss approved. To this list, we can add the Jersey and the Faroe Islands now.
Problems caused by prohibiting personal information on to third countries continue to do overseas business organizations, such as outsourcing to India and the Far East, personal data processing business in Australia and new zealand.
The Advisory Committee, the EU data protection issues, including data protection laws in 2007 in Australia and New Zealand are fully considered. Nothing about the decision of these countries has been published. But India did not make work plan, may occur in 2008 work schedule. Jason Corinth and Kostic are often in foul trouble, so we need at least 1.5 depth is. In addition, they only statistical nets is dominated by the attack, this is all thanks to Kidd. But every other statistics are basically mediocre. Is there any place, they are strictly terrible, but have less, they lead. Exactly how Iverson will remember that in future years, remains to be seen. It is likely that he will always be a polarizing figure and a small part of the entire occupation career as a small competitors, while another faction, don't get in the act of selfishness, they think that tarnished his occupation career on the court praised his toughness.
